About Our Client

A reputable and growing general contractor delivering diverse commercial and public sector projects. Known for quality execution and strong client relationships, the team works across multiple sectors including commercial, municipal, and education builds.

Job Description

Prepare accurate cost estimates and take-offs across multiple project types
Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
Support bid submissions and proposal preparation
Collaborate with project managers and preconstruction teams
Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving solutions

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in construction estimating (commercial or public sector preferred)
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
Ability to work across a variety of project types
Proficiency with estimating software and take-off tools
Strong analytical and communication skills
