Overview Like being the boss? Domino's Pizza is hiring for management positions—shift runners and assistant managers. Responsibilities As a member of our management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew. Advancement Once you enter into management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. Our company prides itself on promoting from within, which means you can move up through the ranks and earn more money.
