Versailles Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is looking for a compassionate, motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).

Located in the warm and charming community of Versailles, Ohio, our recently updated facility offers the opportunity to lead in a welcoming, small-town environment where relationships matter. You’ll be joining a great team in a recently updated building with the opportunity to continue building upon a positive culture of teamwork, quality care, accountability, and resident-centered service.

As Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll provide leadership and direction to our nursing department while working closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team. You will:

• Assist with leading, supporting, mentoring the nursing team

• Promote excellent clinical care and positive resident outcomes

• Help create a culture where employees feel supported and accountable

• Oversee nursing practices, policies, and regulatory compliance

• Partner with facility leadership on staffing, quality initiatives, and day-to-day operations

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners

• Be a visible, approachable leader throughout the facility

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience strongly preferred

• Previous nursing leadership experience is a plus

• Current RNs are encouraged to apply

• RNs with strong leadership potential who are ready to grow into a ADON role are also encouraged to apply
