National Title Coordinator
A national title company is seeking an experienced National Title Coordinator to manage high-volume, multi-state title transactions outside of New York. This role requires strong independent ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively manage files across jurisdictions.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate national title transactions across multiple states
- Manage title searches, commitments, policies, and closing requirements
- Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and escrow teams
- Manage high-volume national files while meeting deadlines
- Ensure compliance with multi-state regulations and requirements
- Proactively identify and resolve issues throughout the transaction process
Ideal Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience coordinating national title transactions outside of NY
- Strong knowledge of multi-state title processes and requirements
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Proactive, self-driven, and solutions-oriented
