Trauma Sales Representative - Sioux Falls, SD

Field-based trauma sales representative role requiring on-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays to support trauma cases. Position involves selling trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals while serving as a clinical expert and maintaining product inventory.

Responsibilities

• Sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals while serving as resident trauma expert
• Manage and maintain product inventory and prepare for immediate customer needs
• Provide product training and advice on offerings compared to competitor solutions
• Organize materials and deliver solutions during operating and emergency room consultations
• Attend sales and professional association meetings outside regular business hours

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales techniques
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases
• Comfort working in operating rooms and emergency room environments
• Ability to build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff
• Compliance with AdvaMed principles and applicable laws and regulations

Compensation: 100% commission eligible for bonuses plus benefits
