Integrity Fiber is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

Not everybody gets to go to work and strive to save the planet. But wouldn’t it be great if more of us could? At Integrity Fiber, we think so. That’s why we work as hard as we do to inspire and empower others to do their part.

From global retail giants to rural paper mills, we serve a diverse community of climate-conscious companies—because the kind of change we’re shooting for takes all of us.

Our industrial recycling programs create more opportunities for more companies to reach their goals, sustainably. Multiplying our impact.

Today, we divert about 1.4 million tons of recovered paper waste away from landfills and back into the economy for reuse in manufacturing.

By adding to the available fiber supply, we save trees and water, reduce methane gasses, and help consumers feel good about the products they’re buying and the packages they come in. Recycling also creates nine times more jobs than dumping waste in landfills and incinerators.
