Part Time up to 10 hours a week (5 hours/week seasonally for Re/Engage, 5 hours/week for Re:generation) $18.00 an hour ROLE SUMMARY Coordinate and oversee a team who will invest in the lives of the children during Re|Engage and Re:generation ministries at the campuses. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following: Recruit and train team members to provide adequate classroom care as needed following all the proper protocol items, making sure to build relationships, not only with the children, but with the families as well. Train on classroom and time management along with curriculum usage. Create or curate and manage all weekly curriculum and obtain all needed supplies. Be present during the program. Manage supply budget. ALL STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES Continue to grow as a follower of Christ, so that what you do overflows from your relationship with Him. Faithfully give to the Lord through ONE&ALL Church in a way that is consistent, sacrificial and follows the first fruit principle with a tithe being the benchmark to grow towards. Live out the ONE&ALL Staff Values in relationships with other staff, congregation and community. Requirements EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School graduate or higher and experience working with children and families. Experience working in a team environment and leading others. WORKING GENIUS of Galvanizer as genius or competency. Exhibit good recruiting and supportive skills. Possess good time management skills.
