Are you looking for a full-time contract role that offers competitive pay and covers your travel expenses? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our  SIMOS Solutions Rapid Response Team , supporting client worksites across the United States.

This is a 100% travel position with assignments typically lasting 3-6 months . Team members receive a  per diem of up to $160 per day (based on assignment and attendance) to help cover living expenses.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts- shifts may vary
• Schedules to be determined based on assignment

Job Responsibilities

As part of our  Inspection and Rework Team , your primary responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting glass panels for defects or damage that do not meet quality standards
• Repairing defective panels or replacing them with compliant products
• Safely handling and moving panels between racks
• Ensuring all defective items are properly reworked before being sent to the shipping department

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to travel while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Attendance Expectations:

• Current policy allows up to 1 hour of tardiness before losing per diem eligibility; however, for this project, this will be reduced to no more than 30 minutes
• Repeated tardiness, even as little as 5 minutes-will not be tolerated
• Continued late arrivals will result in replacement

Associate Requirements

• Background Check
• Able to Lift 60 pounds

• Stand for Shift Duration
• Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $27.00 - $27.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
