Job Description The financial analyst will play a critical role in supporting the company by delivering high-quality analysis, reporting, and insights. Job Requirements Build and maintain project level forecasts (labor, materials, subcontractors) Prepare annual budgets and assist in quarterly forecasting Develop and maintain KPE dashboards for strategic functions Monitor WIP (work-in-progress) and ensure timely billing and revenue recognition Maintain data in the company's ERP or accounting system (e.g., Prophix, Viewpoint, QuickBooks) Assess ROI on new tools, vehicles, and hiring plans Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required 3-5 years' experience Advanced proficiency in Excel Experience in commercial finance and/or supply chain finance within manufacturing, services, or construction preferred Familiarity with FP&A transformation concepts defined within the AFP FP$A maturity model preferred $70,000 - $120,000 Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
