Generalist Anesthesiologist - Des Moines, Full Spectrum Cases (50138)

This role requires a true generalist comfortable across a wide range of cases and open to in house call. Providers focused solely on OB will not be a fit.Assignment Highlights:Location: Des Moines, IAStart Date: ASAPSchedule: Full time coverage requiredCall: In house call required (varies, including weekends)Practice Setting:Mix of hospital and surgical center environmentsLevel II Trauma CenterApproximately 45 Anesthesiologists in the group28 operating locationsClinical Scope:Full spectrum of cases including:General surgeryOrthopedicsUrologyRoboticsCardiacPediatricsRequirements:Comfortable practicing as a generalist across multiple specialtiesProficient in:Regional anesthesiaSpinal and epidural anesthesiaCardiac cases: TEE certification requiredPediatric cases: Fellowship requiredWill work independently at times, with support from CRNAs and tech staffOccasional CRNA supervision may be requiredSystems & Environment:EMR: Epic + paper chartingMix of team based and independent coverageCredentials:Board Certified or Board EligibleACLS and BLS requiredFlu vaccination required
