Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced, engaging, and visionary Hospital Manager to serve as a strategic partner to the practice owner and COO while leading the daily operations of our growing hospital. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
• Partner with the practice owner and COO to establish priorities, drive growth, and achieve operational excellence.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, mentor, and retain an exceptional veterinary team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop efficient systems to enhance patient care, client service, and team productivity.
• Lead performance management, employee development, and ongoing training initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve hospital performance.
• Ensure an outstanding client experience while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of veterinary hospital management experience required.
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing veterinary teams.
• Strong business acumen with experience improving operational efficiency and team performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Vetspire practice management software preferred.
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) credential preferred.
