Position: CDL Class A Truck Driver – Flatbed
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: $75,000/year
Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time

Job Summary
We are hiring a CDL Class A Truck Driver for a client in Atlanta, GA. This role involves flatbed day hauling and offers direct hire placement with a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed tractor-trailer for local/regional day haul routes

• Secure loads using tarps, chains, straps, and binders

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Maintain accurate logs in compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations

• Load and unload freight as needed

• Communicate with dispatch on route status and delivery updates

• Maintain a clean and safe driving record

Must Haves

• Valid CDL Class A license

• Flatbed experience

• Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen

• Knowledge of proper load securement practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tarping heavy/oversized loads

• Familiarity with Atlanta metro routes

• History of local/regional day hauling
