Shift Leader (Full-Time & Part-Time) Ready to lead, have fun, and make a difference every shift? Tropical Smoothie Cafe is looking for energetic, dependable Shift Leaders who love great customer service, supporting their team, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Lead and motivate the crew Coach and support team members Help manage daily operations, opening/closing, and cash handling Ensure smooth operation of the cafe, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and preparing smoothies with precision and efficiency Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and meet operational goals What We Offer $14.00–$16.00 per hour Up to an additional $5/hour in tips Flexible scheduling Paid training and employee discounts Growth opportunities into management Fun, upbeat work environment No grease, no fryers - just fresh food and amazing smoothies! Requirements As a Shift Leader at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
