Project Executive

Project Executive Provides high‑level project oversight, leads project management teams, sets expectations, manages financial aspects, develops client relationships, and supports business growth. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all project activities, including documentation, scheduling, resource allocation, and financial performance. Manage safety compliance, conduct site walkthroughs, and ensure implementation of safety plans, audits, and tool‑box talks. Coach and develop project managers and supervisory staff; conduct performance reviews and goal setting. Lead pre‑construction activities, estimation, and proposal writing. Facilitate project negotiation processes and support change‑order management. Maintain client relationships with owners and general contractors; represent the company at industry events. Drive sales growth via proposals, partnership development, and future opportunity identification. Identify and address project risks related to labor, procurement, billing, and risk management. Other tasks and duties as required by project needs. Qualifications 15+ years construction project management experience. 15+ years strong understanding of mechanical systems. 15+ years ability to read and comprehend construction documents. 15+ years knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles. 15+ years business administration and management experience, including company operations and financials, business finance, customer relations, business development and project sales strategies, legal aspects of the construction industry, and leadership.
