Bradford Airport Logistics (BAL) is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor (OS) to supervise team members, make decisions, and provide excellent customer service at our warehouse, which serves Detroit International Airport (DTW). The successful candidate will manage operations at our receiving and redistribution dock and supplier and customer relationships. A strong work ethic, initiative, and drive to build and maintain a world-class team are necessary. To be successful, you should have:

• Minimum 2 years in team or employee management, with team building and coaching skills.
• Experience in logistics, airport, warehouse, or related industries preferred.
• Proficiency in written and oral communication and familiarity with word processing, email, database, and internet software.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, pass a TSA background check, and meet drug, alcohol, and driver's license requirements.
• Associate degree or equivalent direct work experience in place of education.

Your responsibilities as the Warehouse Operations Supervisor include:

• Team Leadership and Training: Train, lead, and motivate employees while ensuring compliance with procedures, regulations, and company core values.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and achieving distribution center objectives and quality standards.
• Process and Quality Control: Adhere to process, quality, safety, and performance standards while resolving operational and maintenance issues.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Interact with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
• Administrative Management: Consistently administer company policies, maintain records, and suggest improvements for safety, performance, and efficiency.
