Job Overview

Trillium Staffing is hiring Production Workers/Packers for a 1st shift in Middlebury, Indiana. Working hours are Monday–Thursday 5:00 am – 4:00 pm with Fridays off. Pay is $16.50/hour. Positions are temp‑to‑hire with potential advancement and benefits once hired.

Responsibilities

Unload and pack finished product from the line.
Perform repetitive line work, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

Verifiable stable work history.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced repetitive environment.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings.

Benefits

Weekly pay while temporary; benefits become available once hired.
