You will lead complete residential change-outs (heat pumps, A/C units, and furnaces) from start to finish, ensuring everything is up to manufacturer and company standards.Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, sheet metal, and flex duct systems.Run and braze/solder copper refrigerant lines; wire line and low-voltage electrical components.Pre-measure jobs to ensure the right materials are loaded onto your truck the first time.Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked company vehicle.Mentor and help train junior installers/apprentices on your team.Deliver an exceptional, respectful customer experience on every job site.What You Bring to the TeamExperience: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating as a true Lead HVAC Installer.Certifications: EPA Certification is required.Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, proficiency with hand/power tools, and working knowledge of electrical/plumbing support systems.Driving Record: Valid, insurable driver's license.Screening: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.Mindset: A proud professional who is honest, dependable, and takes pride in a clean layout.Our Core ValuesWe hire, reward, and operate based on five foundational pillars.
