As a Space Operations Planner, you’ll bring your technical and operational expertise to work alongside thought leaders in the United States Space Force on projects for joint force space integration.Work with us to fill a vital role in theater-wide operational space planning and synchronization of operations, activities, and investments (OAIs) to support priorities and objectives in the Indo-Pacific region. You will lead and participate in space-related operational planning, and your attention to detail and experience will deliver analysis and execution support for OAIs, to include reporting and assessment activities. You will also coordinate with outside agencies to ensure synchronization and deconfliction efforts across the theater and develop planning documents, orders, briefing materials, and deployment documentation and be able to brief products up to the general officer and flag officer level. The world can’t wait.You Have:  5+ years of experience with Joint or Service level planning, including in an operations setting3+ years of experience with leading operational planning teams and developing operational products such CONOPS, OPORDs, FRAGORDs, and EXORDsKnowledge of how to drive OAI planning efforts that align with force readiness, Global Force Management, and theater objectivesAbility to interface professionally with senior military and civilian leadershipAbility to develop and provide briefsTS/SCI clearanceBachelor’s degreeNice If You Have:  2+ years of experience as a future plans, future operations, or current operations leadExperience with space operations, including integrating space into operational planning effortsExperience supporting real world Joint operations or in Joint operational environmentsKnowledge of the Joint Planning Process and the Space Planning ProcessKnowledge of the latest AI-enabled operational planning tools, such as Palantir Maven Smart Systems (MSS) or other mission command platformsPossession of excellent oral and written communication skillsMaster’s degreeGraduate of JPME IIGraduate of formal Joint planning education, such as a service-level Advanced Planning School or related Joint Staff credentialed operational planning programsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
