Food and Beverage Runner

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-service-oriented Food and Beverage Runner to join our Premium Suites team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering food to suites, restaurants, and dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist suitemates with large orders, restocking, and other assigned duties.
• Communicating effectively with suitemates, bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure compliance by maintaining company standards.
• Complete closing duties such as storing, breaking down, and cleaning equipment. Provide feedback to supervisors.
• Cleanliness by keeping work areas and equipment clean, including following principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Communicating with guests, including responding to customer requests and complaints to ensure Service Excellence.
• Performs other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Highschool Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Stadium/Arena, Hotel/Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience.
• Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
• Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
