ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1996 and currently lead a team of seven. My career has been shaped by two major experiences - serving in the Marine Corps and then building my career with State Farm. I also hold a four-year degree in Finance and Economics, am married with three children, and am an avid snowboarder.

Giving back to our community is important to us, and our agency proudly supports and sponsors local sports teams throughout the area.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Kyle Fadeley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
