They are on the cutting edge of AI and are seeking engineers who are eager to help shape the future of hiring technology.What You Will DoDesign, build, and deploy full-stack features using React, Next.js, and Python for an AI-driven hiring platform.Architect and manage both SQL and NoSQL database schemas to ensure scalability and data integrity.Deploy and maintain large language models (LLMs) and other machine learning models in production, building evaluation pipelines for quality assurance.Create and manage ETL pipelines and data orchestration workflows using Airflow or similar tools to support AI features and reporting needs.Lead systems integrations across various platforms, including recruitment tools, payment systems, and data warehouses.Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to define technical direction and rapidly execute high-impact initiatives.Take ownership of features from architecture through to production deployment and continuous iteration.Ideal Candidate BackgroundProficient in React, Next.js, and Python with a history of delivering production-grade applications.Hands-on experience designing schemas for both SQL and NoSQL databases.Proven track record of deploying LLMs or other ML models into production, including robust evaluation and monitoring pipelines.Familiarity with Airflow or comparable ETL orchestration tools in a production context.Experience integrating complex systems, such as CRMs and recruitment platforms, into cohesive workflows.Strong attention to detail and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.PreferredPrevious experience in a startup or founding role, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability.Background at a top-tier technology company, with exposure to high-scale engineering practices.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this role ranges from $130K to $300K, with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
