As a Sales & PR Director at All Care, you’ll get to engage with prospective patients and their families on how we can provide in‑home care, comfort, and support that enhances quality of life! Responsibilities: Engage and recruit new residents through consistent lead management Cultivate referrals through community outreach with healthcare and other senior living professionals Coordinate internal teams for a successful move‑in experience Follow HIPAA and all other All Care policies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Public Relations, or equivalent experience Prior sales, marketing, or public relations experience A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset Passion and drive for helping others Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
