Business Intelligence Data Analyst

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Business Intelligence Data Analyst will design and develop reports and analytics solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and conduct ad-hoc analyses for internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities Build data infrastructure for reporting and analytics, including data extraction and transformation Conduct ad-hoc analyses across various business domains, including population health and revenue cycle management Utilize ETL and API tools to efficiently ingest disparate data into the Privia Data Warehouse Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience preferred 2+ years of experience querying SQL databases 1+ years of experience using Python or R for data analysis and ETL frameworks 1+ years of experience working with healthcare data or concepts Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations
