About the Role:
Realty One Group NJ is looking for a driven and dynamic Franchise Sales Executive to join our growing team in Clifton, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding one of New Jersey's fastest-growing real estate brands by connecting brokers with a proven franchise model.
Location: 600 Getty Avenue Clifton, NJ 07011
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify qualified franchise candidates through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Present and promote the Realty One Group NJ franchise opportunity to potential franchisees
- Guide candidates through the full franchise sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective franchise owners
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with brand growth goals
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activity
Requirements:
- Proven experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, or real estate industry sales
- Strong understanding of the real estate brokerage or franchise business model
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and pipeline activity
- Located in or able to commute to the Clifton, NJ area
Salary based on experience + commission and bonus pay
