Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated Family Law Associate Attorney who is eager to develop professionally, deliver exceptional client service, and grow with a team committed to excellence. Responsibilities: • Manage family law matters from intake through resolution with appropriate supervision • Attend court appearances, mediations, settlement conferences, and hearings • Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, agreements, and correspondence • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and next steps • Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff • Maintain accurate and timely case documentation and billing records Qualifications: • Active New Jersey law license and good standing with the New Jersey Bar • Preferred: 3–7 years of family law experience • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously • Comfortable appearing in court and interacting with clients • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to professional growth Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 annually plus performance bonuses • Manage family law matters from intake through resolution with appropriate supervision • Attend court appearances, mediations, settlement conferences, and hearings • Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, agreements, and correspondence • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and next steps • Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff • Maintain accurate and timely case documentation and billing records Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 per year Zeigler Family Law Group
