We believe in Dignity, Integrity, Service, Compassion, and Respect.We are seeking a Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our team of exceptional and motivated caregivers. We are looking for individuals that want to make a difference in the lives of those around them, want to be challenged and rewarded. Day shift with possibility of every other weekend off.Requirements:*Experience preferred but not necessary.*Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.*Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.*Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition to supervisor or nurse.The Dietary Aide's primary duties include providing support to the Dietary Manager in assisting with food preparation, serving and delivering meals to our residents.Our excellent benefit offerings helps makes us an employer of choice which include:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceSupplemental benefits; Accident, Critical Illness and Short Term DisabilityGenerous 401k Employer MatchTuition ReimbursementPaid Time Off
