Assembler - Manufacturing

What will you do?

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and standardized processes
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to established standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area that supports efficiency and safety
• Identify and report any issues or malfunctions promptly to keep production on track

• Automation Integration - foundational level; supporting basic automated processes within the manual cell
• Customer Orientation - developing level; ensuring product quality meets customer expectations
• Digital Literacy - developing level; using digital tools and systems to track production data
• Drives for Results - developing level; meeting daily production goals with consistency and focus
• Lean Methodology - foundational level; applying basic lean principles to reduce waste and improve workflow

For this U.S. based position,the expected compensation range is $17.95 - $26.95 per hour. In addition,this position is eligible for overtime pay and may also include premium pay or differentials,depending on location.
