Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• School-based experience preferred, though not required
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with diverse age groups
• Ability to develop, implement, and update IEPs collaboratively

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy to students
• Maintain accurate records and document progress in accordance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings as a vital member of the educational team
• Provide consultation and training to teachers and staff regarding speech and language needs
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress
• Adapt therapy methods to fit each student’s needs and support their educational growth
