Location: Hybrid – within 2 hours of Dover, DE preferred

Onsite: 2 days/week if local
Travel: Minimum twice a month for 2 weeks, plus as needed

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Tech Lead / Senior Consultant to provide hands-on technical and functional leadership across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), integrations, implementation, testing, cutover, stabilization, and production support.

The ideal candidate will have multiple full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations and deep hands-on experience with EC and ECP configuration, integrations, and HR/payroll processes.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP implementations and production support

• Configure Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll

• Support Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Onboarding

• Configure and troubleshoot Business Rules, MDF, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions

• Develop and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite/CPI and Integration Center

• Support integrations with Workforce Software, Benefitfocus, ADP, OpenText, and SAP ERP/S/4HANA

• Participate in data migration, testing, payroll validation, cutover, and hypercare

• Review implementation partner designs and configurations

• Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues

• Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, system integrators, and business stakeholders

• Create documentation and knowledge-transfer materials

• Mentor internal SuccessFactors and HR technology resources

• Provide best-practice recommendations and challenge implementation decisions when appropriate

What We're Looking For

Required

• 15+ years of professional experience

• 3+ full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations

• 3+ SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations

• 2+ Employee Central Payroll implementations

• Strong hands-on EC and ECP configuration experience

• Workforce Software integration experience

• Benefitfocus integration experience

• SAP Integration Suite / CPI experience

• Integration Center experience

• Business Rules, MDF, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions

• Integration experience with ADP Tax & Garnishment Services, OpenText, and SAP ERP/S/4HANA

• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management

• Strong communication, consulting, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills

• Ability to mentor internal resources

• Willingness to travel at least twice per month for approximately 2 weeks

Preferred

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification

• Performance & Goals certification

• Compensation certification

• Onboarding certification

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Work Arrangement

Candidates located within approximately 2 hours of Dover, DE are preferred for the hybrid requirement. Candidates in DE, MD, PA, NJ, VA, OH, IL, NC, GA, FL, or TX may also be considered.

Local candidates: 2 days onsite per week.

Travel: Minimum twice monthly for approximately 2 weeks, with additional travel based on the project schedule.

Compensation

$60/hr on W2

This is a highly senior-level SuccessFactors position. Candidates must demonstrate substantial hands-on EC/ECP experience and multiple full lifecycle implementations. Experience listed only in a skills summary without supporting project experience will not be sufficient.
