Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Pay Range: $55-70/hour Job Description: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | Lakewood, WA | 2026-2027 School Year Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the rest of the 2026-2027 school year in Lakewood , Washington. We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem — we provide mentorship and support!
