Accounts Payable Specialist

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to be part of a supportive team. The position involves full-cycle, high-volume accounts payable processing with the potential for temp-to-perm transition.
Responsibilities:- Handling full-cycle accounts payable processing in a high-volume setting.
- Collaborating with the team one day per week in-office as part of a hybrid work schedule.
- Utilizing Netsuite software for efficient AP processing (preferred).
- Applying strong Excel skills to manage and analyze data effectively.
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Maintaining organized records and documentation of all transactions.
- Communicating with vendors and resolving any discrepancies in a professional manner.
- Supporting additional finance and accounting duties as needed.
- Experience with full-cycle accounts payable processing.
- Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
- Experience with Netsuite software is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Pay: $25.00 per hour
- Location: North Phoenix, Arizona
- Schedule: Hybrid, with one day per week in-office
