• Practice Setting: Outpatient & Free-Standing Cancer Centers
• Schedule: M-F, 8a-4p
• Call Schedule: Permanent providers will handle
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 1
• How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 1
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT: 20
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT: 1
• Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): 2
• Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Hospital Based, Office/Clinic
• Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, MRT, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
• Required Duties: Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
• Board Certified - [REQUIRED]
• OH license (willing to accept those who will obtain) - [REQUIRED]
• BLS - [REQUIRED]
