Description

The Commercial Lending System Administrator will support and optimize commercial lending platforms and serve as a key liaison between lending operations, business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors. This individual will help ensure lending systems operate efficiently, support issue resolution efforts, gather business requirements, and drive process improvements across commercial lending platforms.Responsibilities include:Supporting commercial lending platforms such as nCino, LoanIQ, ACBS, Finastra, or similar systemsServing as the primary point of contact for system issues, escalations, and user supportPerforming troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution activitiesPartnering with lending operations teams to understand business processes and system needsGathering requirements and translating business needs into functional solutionsSupporting UAT, system enhancements, upgrades, and platform implementationsCoordinating with internal technology teams and third-party vendors to resolve issuesTracking defects and issues through resolution while maintaining communication with stakeholdersIdentifying process improvement opportunities and helping optimize lending workflowsActing as a subject matter expert on commercial lending systems and business processes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
