Who you are 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, and closing) Proven ability to flex into technical recruiting, with an aptitude for hiring hardware, engineering, or on-the-ground operations roles (e.g., manufacturing, fleet) Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers to guide them through the talent acquisition process and effectively evaluate candidates for behavioral fit and role competencies Proficiency in directly sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing techniques (i.e. Gem, portfolio platforms, industry meetups, etc.) An aptitude for learning the intricacies of new industries, dynamic technologies, and the diverse teams you will support Proven track record of delivering results and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Bachelor's Degree Experience in the autonomous and/or electric vehicle industry Expertise in leveraging an ATS (we use Lever) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines You do not need to match every listed expectation to apply for this position.
