Cleaning And Sanitization SpecialistWe have a vacant spot for a well-organized and committed Cleaning and Sanitization Specialist. Our culinary environment is fast-paced and we expect you to be able to work as part of a team. Your main duties will include washing all dishes throughout your shift, deep clean cook stations, machines, and kitchen appliances.Our goal is to employ a person with excellent time management, communication skills, and detail oriented. You should be able to prioritize tasks.This means that you will also have to abide by food safety procedures and regulations.Responsibilities Of A Cleaning And Sanitization Specialist:Maintaining a clean and well-organized working environmentMaintaining the availability of clean dishes at all timesCleaning kitchen appliances and machinesAssist other staff members with tasks when the need arisesAdhere to food safety procedures and regulationsTaking out the trashTaking out the cardboardRinsing garbage cansCleaning And Sanitization Specialist Job Requirements:Must have minimal work experience as a dishwasherMust be proficient in operating with different types of dishesMust know and follow all food safety proceduresMust carry at least a high school diploma or an equivalentMust have communication skillsMust be able to prioritize tasksApplicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
