You'll follow a set cleaning schedule and be ready to pitch in for unexpected needs—your efforts will directly improve the quality of life for those we serve.Key Responsibilities:Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedulesClean and maintain floors—dry mop, wet mop, sweep, wax, buff, and disinfect as neededProvide emergency housekeeping services when requiredClean assigned areas, furnishings, and fixtures according to set proceduresKeep entrances and exits clean and welcomingReport on supply shortages, equipment needs, or malfunctions to the Housekeeping SupervisorSafely operate and maintain housekeeping equipmentPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in a nursing home, adult day care, or assisted living facility preferredAbility to work independently without constant supervisionDependable, flexible, and caring attitudeStrong ability to stay on task despite interruptionsReliable transportation is a must
