Role Description This full-time Outside Sales Representative role is based in Clackamas, OR, with a mix of on-site customer visits. The role is responsible for prospecting and developing new business with builders, contractors, and developers, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and conducting sales calls and on-site meetings, preparing and delivering quotes, and coordinating with internal members to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery. The Outside Sales Representative will track opportunities, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and provide proactive customer service to support ongoing projects. The role also involves monitoring, competitor activity, and customer needs to drive revenue growth and support company sales objectives. Qualifications Candidates should possess Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to maintain long-term accounts and provide responsive support. Candidates should possess clear Communication skills, including active listening and professional written and verbal communication. Experience in the building material industry with extensive knowledge of product and application. Good interpersonal and customer relations skills. Familiar with inventory and inventory control. Ability to work independently in the field and from home, manage a territory, and prioritize multiple opportunities.
