This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in residential territories, meeting people where they are, running your own outreach, and closing your own sales. Role Requirements for an AT&T Sales & Marketing Associate:

• Hit residential territories and run face-to-face outreach campaigns that put our clients' brand in front of the right customers at the right time
• Present AT&T's service offerings in a way that actually makes sense for the person in front of you — not a rehearsed pitch, a real conversation
• Build genuine rapport with prospects, listen to what they actually need, and guide them toward the package that fits
• Close sales, complete accurate enrollments on the spot, and make sure every customer leaves the interaction feeling good about their decision
• Represent our clients' brand professionally in the field — how you show up in someone's neighborhood is part of the marketing
• Hit daily and weekly sales targets, track your own numbers, and show up to team development sessions ready to get better
