This full-time, contract opportunity allows you to empower learners and support communication growth across a wide age range, collaborating closely with teachers, families, and a dedicated student services team. Compensation for this role ranges from $45 to $55+ per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications and Preferred Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active ASHA CCCs
• Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• Experience working in school settings with K-12 students preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to design engaging therapy strategies for diverse student needs
• Commitment to documentation and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy onsite for students in K-12 grades
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary student support teams
• Maintain timely and accurate records of student progress
• Offer resources and support to staff and families regarding communication development
