Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within banking or financial services
- Strong background in system modernization, legacy system upgrades, or similar projects
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus
- Availability to start immediately
- Lead and coordinate a 4-6 month system modernization project for core mortgage and banking platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders
- Ensure successful migration from legacy systems to new platforms
- Fully remote work environment
