Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Join our team at Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, we offer full-time and part-time opportunities.

Shifts available: 7 am-3 pm, 3 pm-11 pm, and 11 pm-7 am. Must have a multi-state license as the facility is located on the border of CT and RI in RI.

Competitive pay: $5 per hour, $1.50 shift differential for 3 PM-11 PM, and $2 shift differential for 11 PM-7 AM. RN only; sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for full-time. LPN only; sign-on bonuses $6,000 for full-time and $3,000 for part-time.

RN: $40-55/hour (all inclusive). LPN: $35-49/hour (all inclusive).

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for RN/LPN:

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
