About the Role We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a full-time, 100% onsite position in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a hands-on, phone-based sales role — not a management position — ideal for someone who thrives on outbound calling, converting inbound enquiries, and building long-term customer relationships. What You'll Do Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers. Convert inbound enquiries into sales. Manage customer follow-up to drive retention and repeat business. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. What We're Looking For Proven phone-based sales experience — inside sales, telesales, or SDR background. Clear, professional English communication skills. Hands-on CRM experience (Preferably Salesforce) Background in health, wellness, consumer goods, or a related sector preferred. Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven, fully onsite environment.
