We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our growing Workers' Compensation Law practice in NJ. We are seeking candidates with 2 to 4 years of litigation experience. The responsibilities of this position include the full litigation process, including drafting, writing, researching and effective communication with clients, as well as moving cases through the litigation process in accordance with court and client mandated deadlines. We are looking for someone who: Is licensed to practice in New Jersey Has 2-4 years of litigation experience Has experience with Workers' Compensation Likes to use technology like AI Polished and a skilled communicator Self-starter, can prioritize workload and has a strong work ethic What will your day look like: Conduct legal research on a variety of issues relevant to case(s) and writing Review, analyze, and summarize discovery and conduct fact investigations for file management and drafting updates to clients. Communicate with clients, opposing parties, experts, etc. Prepare clients for, defend, and take depositions. Prepare for, attend, and participate in meditations.
