About the Position

Job Opportunity – Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse – North Carolina

Start Date: October 2026

Location: North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week; weekend requirement of 4 shifts within each 6-week period

Highlights:

• Work in a CARF-accredited, 10-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit serving patients with neurological diagnoses including stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord dysfunction
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive patient recovery
• Care for diverse patient populations including those recovering from amputations, orthopedic fractures, and major trauma
• Support patients receiving a minimum of 3 hours of combined therapy services daily
• First-time travel nurses welcome to apply
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travelers

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina or Compact State RN license (or pending with clear estimated completion date)
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience required; additional experience preferred
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through AHA
• Quality Indicator (QI) credentialing required
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Professional references required
• Must complete required lab work within 72 hours of contract signing
