University Contracts & Policy Counsel

The New School in New York City is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to oversee university-wide contract management, advising on a broad range of legal matters including compliance, risk management, real estate, international programs, IP, privacy, and governance. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will lead negotiations, draft agreements, and collaborate across divisions to manage risk and uphold university policies in a dynamic higher-education environment.
