Roth Staffing is looking for a Cloud Full Stack Developer II multiple openings in Newport Beach, CA. This is a 6 months temp/contract role and hourly pay rate: $70.00 to $73.96. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about building scalable, GenAI-driven applications, where you'll work hands-on developing full-stack features, APIs, and integrating LLM-powered workflows to deliver intelligent, high-impact solutions in an Ultra High Net Worth digital transformation initiative. Role Summary: Support development of Gen AI-enabled applications by building core features, APIs, and integration layers that enable scalable and reusable AI-driven experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop web application features (UI + backend services)
• Build and maintain APIs and service layers
• Integrate LLM services into workflows (prompt + response handling)
• Implement data/context retrieval mechanisms
• Support prompt tuning and response validation
• Collaborate with senior engineer on: reusable components, AI orchestration patterns

Required Skills

• 5+ years of exp
• Strong expertise in: JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS Services Serverless, SQL & NoSQL databases, .NET / C# stack
• Experience building APIs and backend services
• Familiarity with: hybrid ecosystems (.NET + modern JS stack), cloud environments (AWS preferred), JSON-based data handling and integrations
• Experience integrating LLMs / Gen AI services
• Experience with: prompt engineering, vector databases / embeddings (basic awareness)
