Millhouse by Moonraker Brewing Co. is looking for part time Expeditor to join our ever growing team! Availability on weekends is a requirement.

We are searching for attentive, ambitious, and engaged individuals to support a high volume taproom & restaurant program. The right candidates will thrive in a high energy and fast paced environment. You will help to best present our standard menu and taplist, as well specials. You will be accountable to your peers and the Operations Manager. Additionally, you will work closely with our kitchen staff and production staff on back of house (BOH) collaboration and success. You must present yourself in a neat, clean, and professional manner. This includes clean uniform and exceptional personal hygiene standards.

Located at 3501 Robin Lane, Cameron Park, CA 95682, Moonraker Millhouse is a taproom, restaurant, and event space! The primary bar features 40 taps for beer and hard seltzer, plus wine and soda. Our new outdoor bar is added 8 additional taps on the patio. The kitchen features a state of the art pizza oven and the menu reflects seasonal and local flavors. There is seating for 800+ between the main taproom, an event space, and a 11,000 sq. ft. beer garden. Responsibilities

• Proper beverage/food safety handling and sanitation practices
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area and taproom/dining room
• Reviewing food orders
• Coordinate the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room, helping ensure orders leave the kitchen accurately, efficiently, and at their best.
• Serve as a key communication link between the kitchen and food runners during service.
• Organize and prioritize completed orders to maintain smooth ticket flow during high-volume periods.
• Verify order accuracy, presentation, modifications, sauces, sides, and other details before food leaves the kitchen.
• Communicate clearly and quickly with the kitchen regarding missing items, modifications, remakes, allergies, and other order concerns.
• Direct and support food runners to ensure orders reach the correct guests promptly.
• Monitor ticket times and proactively identify delays or bottlenecks before they impact the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked expo station throughout the shift.
• Assist with food running and other front-of-house support as needed.
• Work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple orders and priorities at once.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, urgency, communication, and teamwork.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu items, ingredients, modifications, and common allergens.
• Help create a seamless handoff between the kitchen and FOH so every plate reaches the guest with the quality and hospitality expected at Moonraker.
• Managing to go orders
• Cleaning and restocking
• Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedule; including deep cleaning protocol
• Adhere to a weekly schedule
• Inventory management and stock rotation
• Servingware management and proper cleaning

Qualifications

• Must have California Food Handler & Responsible Beverage certifications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Hardworking & passionate about customer service
• Willingness to learn and grow as a team member
• Proper and safe handling of bar equipment
• Comfortable working and communicating under pressure
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (3-8 hours)
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs at a time
• Previous serving experience is a plus
• Knowledge and/or passion for the brewing industry is also a plus!
• Must be 21+ years of age

The starting pay for this position is $16.90/hour plus tips. We are hiring for part time positions 3-5 days per week. Weekend availability is required.
