Sr Scientific Advisor, Medical Communications

IQVIA seeks an experienced Scientific Advisor for medical communications to develop scientific content and manage stakeholder relationships. The role involves creating regulatory-compliant materials, collaborating with clients and key opinion leaders, and supporting business strategy across multiple therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Author and develop scientific content on products and disease states aligned with client strategy
• Interact directly with clients, key opinion leaders, and internal scientists to meet project objectives
• Review regulatory documents and external scientific reports for compliance and content accuracy
• Partner with Client Services and Marketing teams to deliver materials and support pitch meetings
• Provide scientific expertise on product strategy, disease narratives, and clinical study design

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of medical communications agency experience
• PhD preferred or PharmD in relevant discipline
• Experience developing scientific platforms
• Strong knowledge of medical information resources and data extraction
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel to client meetings and conferences

Compensation: $99,300.00 - $248,300.00 base
