Our client is a leading professional services firm is currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team, supporting recruitment efforts across a variety of U.S. and Canadian locations.

Job Description:

The Recruitment Coordinator will serve as a vital link between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates, ensuring the smooth operation of the recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with coordination experience who enjoys fast-paced environments and supporting high-volume hiring efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a liaison between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
2. Schedule interviews and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align availability and next steps.
3. Manage high-volume outreach efforts via phone and email to candidates.
4. Update and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
5. Utilize Outlook and Microsoft Office tools to maintain communication, organize schedules, and track recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

1. At least 1 year of experience in a coordinator or administrative role, ideally within recruitment or HR.
2. Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
4. Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive to detail.

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
