Do You Own the Aisle? Mt. Olive, NC

Are you the person everyone trusts to thread a pallet through tight spaces? Do you spot issues early, follow safety rules precisely, and keep inventory data clean? Step in as a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Operator and help keep products moving without a hiccup.

In This Role, You Will

Maneuver forklifts to relocate, stage, and stack materials accurately.
Load and unload trailers and containers safely and efficiently.
Perform routine checks before use and report any maintenance concerns right away.
Comply with all safety requirements and company standards.
Capture moves and counts to support accurate inventory control.
Partner with teammates to improve flow and reduce wait times.
Uphold housekeeping standards for a clean, organized workspace.

What Sets You Up for Success

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid forklift certification and proven experience in warehouse or industrial settings.
Sharp attention to detail with a safety-first approach.
Strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and handle physical tasks.
Good communicator who works well on a team.
Comfort with basic computer tasks for inventory tracking and reporting.
